The railway system's online booking system has begun to show its vulnerability - and at times has been unable to issue tickets that were paid for - as the massive wave of travelers during Spring Festival approaches.
隨著春運(yùn)客流高峰的到來(lái)，鐵路網(wǎng)上訂票系統(tǒng)開始出現(xiàn)漏洞，旅客經(jīng)常遭遇火車票已支付，卻不能出票的情況。
文中的online booking system就是指“網(wǎng)上訂票系統(tǒng)”，鐵道部表示在2011年年底前所有列車都將實(shí)現(xiàn)online purchasing（網(wǎng)上購(gòu)票），同時(shí)在春運(yùn)前完成system upgrade（系統(tǒng)升級(jí)），在全國(guó)范圍內(nèi)推行telephone booking（電話訂票）業(yè)務(wù)。
此前鐵道部已宣布，2011年11月20日起所有non-stop trains（直達(dá)特快列車）（Z字頭）將實(shí)現(xiàn)web sales of train tickets（網(wǎng)絡(luò)售票），12月10日起所有express trains（特快列車）（T字頭）實(shí)現(xiàn)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)售票。此外鐵道部表示，將逐步擴(kuò)大ID-based ticket booking system（火車票實(shí)名制）實(shí)行范圍，以遏制“ticket scalper（黃牛/票販子）”ticket touting/scalping（倒票）的行為。
