Minimum Qualifications： 1. 崗位職責

Responsibilities： 1.Deliver up to six classes per academic year, each class typically requires 3 to 4 lecture-hours and 2 office hours per week for a 15-week semester 2.Prepare and conduct classes, design homework and supervise examinations 3.Guide TAs for recitation classes and grading 4.Maintain a course website containing teaching materials and information 崗位職責： 1.每學年規(guī)定的授課量為6門課程，15周的學期中，每門課程基本需要每周3到4小時的授課時間及2小時的辦公室答疑時間。 2.根據指定教學大綱備課、授課，布置作業(yè)并監(jiān)考。 3.指導助教開設助教課，以及作業(yè)的批改。 4.維護課程網頁，該網頁中應包括所有教學資料及相關信息。

Successful candidates are expected to teach both writing courses and humanities or social science courses but actual ratio between these two courses is negotiable in consideration of the candidate's background and interest. While the area of specialization is open, expertise in technical communication and in specific disciplines not currently represented - such as economics, history, sociology, anthropology, and psychology - is particularly desirable. Research focus in China, in areas such as education, migration, urbanization, industrialization, and the contexts of technological innovation will be a plus. Candidates with experience in academic administration at university level will be considered for an administrative position with reduced teaching duties. 入選的候選人將教授寫作課程和人文科學或社會科學課程。入職后，這兩種課程負責數量的實際比例可以根據候選人的背景和興趣進一步協(xié)商。在此我們提供了所需人才專業(yè)化領域的大范圍，技術交流方面或其他未列出的特定學科，如經濟學、歷史、社會學、人類學、心理學方面的人才是我們尤其需要的。此外，研究集中在中國，方向包含教育、移民、城市化、工業(yè)化和技術創(chuàng)新的應聘者有額外優(yōu)勢。擁有在大學等級機構管理經驗的候選人，將被考慮安排行政職位并減少教學職責。
