由浙江大學牽頭，清華大學、香港大學和中國疾病預防控制中心為核心單位聯(lián)合組建的“感染性疾病診治協(xié)同創(chuàng)新中心”（以下簡稱“中心”）,匯聚國內(nèi)外感染病診治領域的優(yōu)勢力量,開展感染性疾病相關領域的創(chuàng)新性研究,以建立國際領先的感染性疾病學術高地為目標。中心現(xiàn)設感染性疾病預警和防控、感染病原學、感染病診斷學、感染病發(fā)病機制和感染病治療等五個研究平臺。根據(jù)中心創(chuàng)新目標和任務，現(xiàn)向全球招聘高層次人才，具體如下：

1、一級崗位PI：感染病診治領域國際學術大師

崗位任務:

1)制定和把握研究平臺的總方向，提出具有戰(zhàn)略性、前瞻性、創(chuàng)造性的發(fā)展思路，帶領本研究方向5-7年內(nèi)達到國際一流水平。

2)組織協(xié)調(diào)高層次、高水平的國際合作和交流；牽頭舉辦上述領域全球性的國際會議。

3)組織協(xié)調(diào)五個研究平臺間的“協(xié)同創(chuàng)新”。

4)推薦和遴選二、三級崗位PI，指導和幫助其組建團隊。

2、二級崗位PI：感染病診治領域具有國際影響力的專家學者

崗位任務:

1)牽頭研究平臺的科研教學活動和學術梯隊建設，根據(jù)平臺研究方向和任務，組建并帶領學術團隊開展工作。

2)面向國家重大戰(zhàn)略需求和國際科學與技術前沿，組織和承擔國家重大科研項目，在本學科領域開展原創(chuàng)性研究和關鍵共性技術研究，取得具有國際影響力的重大標志性成果（比如，研究成果發(fā)表在Nature, Science, Cell, NEJM, Lancet等頂尖期刊上）。

3)協(xié)助一級崗位PI開展五個研究平臺間的“協(xié)同創(chuàng)新”，組織國際合作和交流。

4)為三級崗位PI開展科研和教學工作提供指導和幫助。

3、三級崗位PI：感染病診治領域杰出中青年人才

崗位任務:

1)根據(jù)平臺研究方向和任務，組建學術團隊，指導青年教師、技術人員。

2)積極承擔國家重大科研項目，在本學科領域開展原創(chuàng)性研究和關鍵共性技術研究，力爭取得重大標志性成果（比如每年發(fā)表1篇以上影響因子>10的論文）。

3)講授本學科核心課程，培養(yǎng)研究生。

4)積極開展平臺內(nèi)和平臺間的“協(xié)同創(chuàng)新”，參與國際合作與交流。

. 中心學術委員會將對應聘者材料進行審核與遴選，并在必要時組織面試。根據(jù)入選者資歷與水平，提供與國際接軌的年薪與福利，安排相應的研究啟動經(jīng)費。具體待遇面議。

Principal Investigator positions available at the Collaborative Innovation Center for Diagnosis and Treatment of Infectious Diseases, Zhejiang University，China

The newly-formed Collaborative Innovation Center for Diagnosis and Treatment of Infectious Diseases, with Zhejiang University being the coordinator, Tsinghua University, the University of Hong Kong and Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention being the core members, has gathered national and international resources and talents in the field of diagnosis and treatment of infectious diseases. The Center aspires to become one of the world-wide leaders in the field of infectious diseases by conducting cutting-edge research and developing innovative technologies. The Center is currently focusing on five research directions: early warning and prevention of infectious diseases, etiology of infectious diseases, diagnosis of infectious diseases, pathogenesis and molecular mechanisms of infectious diseases, and treatment of infectious diseases. It is now seeking for top scientists globally at the following three levels:

Level I Principal Investigators: world-renowned leaders in the above research directions, with titles such as distinguished full professors at a world-class university，academicians of CAS, CAE or equivalent;

Level II Principal Investigators: well-established experts with titles such as full professors at a world-class university,“One-Thousand-Talents Program” scholars or equivalent;

Level III Principal Investigators: outstanding young talents with titles such as associate professors（tenured）at a world-class university，“Cheung Kong Scholars” or equivalent.
