Ⅰ.考試性質(zhì)
普通高等學校招生全國統(tǒng)一考試是由合格的高中畢業(yè)生和具有同等學力的考生參加的選拔性考試。高等學校根據(jù)考生的成績,按已確定的招生計劃,德、智、體全面衡量,擇優(yōu)錄取。因此,高考應有較高的信度、效度,適當?shù)碾y度和必要的區(qū)分度。
英語科考試是按照標準化測試要求設計的。
Ⅱ。考試內(nèi)容和要求
根據(jù)普通高等學校對新生文化素質(zhì)的要求,參照教育部2000年頒發(fā)的《全日制高級中學英語教學大綱(試驗修訂版)》,并考慮中學教學實際,制訂本學科考試內(nèi)容。
一、語言知識
要求考生能夠適當運用基本的語法知識(見附錄),掌握2000左右的詞匯及相關詞組(見《全日制高級中學英語教學大綱(試驗修訂版)》)
二、語言運用
1.聽力
要求考生聽懂有關日常生活中所熟悉話題的簡短獨白和對話??忌鷳埽?
(1)理解主旨和要義;
(2)獲取事實性的具體信息;
(3)對所聽內(nèi)容作出簡單推斷;
(4)理解說話者的意圖、觀點和態(tài)度。
2.閱讀
要求考生讀懂公告、說明、廣告以及書、報、雜志中關于一般性話題的簡短文章??忌鷳埽?
(1)理解主旨和要義;
(2)理解文中具體信息;
(3)根據(jù)上下文推斷生詞的詞義;
(4)作出簡單判斷和推理;
(5)理解文章的基本結構;
(6)理解作者的意圖、觀點和態(tài)度。
3.寫作
要求考生根據(jù)題示進行書面表達??忌鷳埽?
(1)準確使用語法和詞匯;
(2)使用一定的句型、詞匯,清楚、連貫地表達自己的意思。

1.答卷方式:閉卷、筆試。
2.考試時間:120分鐘。試卷滿分為150分。

We walked in so quietly that the nurse at the desk didn't even lift here eyes from the book. Mum pointed at a big chair by the door and I knew she wanted me to sit down.
