崗位職責

Responsibilities：1.Deliveruptosixclassesperacademicyear,eachclasstypicallyrequires3to4lecture-hoursand2officehoursperweekfora15-weeksemester2.Prepareandconductclasses,designhomeworkandsuperviseexaminations3.GuideTAsforrecitationclassesandgrading4.Maintainacoursewebsitecontainingteachingmaterialsandinformation職責1.每學年規(guī)定的授課量為6門課程，15周的學期中，每門課程基本需要每周3到4小時的授課時間及2小時的辦公室答疑時間。2.根據(jù)指定教學大綱備課、授課，布置作業(yè)并監(jiān)考。3.指導助教開設助教課，以及作業(yè)的批改。4.維護課程網(wǎng)頁，該網(wǎng)頁中應包括所有教學資料及相關(guān)信息。

Successfulcandidatesareexpectedtoteachbothwritingcoursesandhumanitiesorsocialsciencecoursesbutactualratiobetweenthesetwocoursesisnegotiableinconsiderationofthecandidate'sbackgroundandinterest.Whiletheareaofspecializationisopen,expertiseintechnicalcommunicationandinspecificdisciplinesnotcurrentlyrepresented-suchaseconomics,history,sociology,anthropology,andpsychology-isparticularlydesirable.ResearchfocusinChina,inareassuchaseducation,migration,urbanization,industrialization,andthecontextsoftechnologicalinnovationwillbeaplus.入選的候選人將教授寫作課程和人文科學或社會科學課程。入職后，這兩種課程負責數(shù)量的實際比例可以根據(jù)候選人的背景和興趣進一步協(xié)商。在此我們提供了所需人才專業(yè)化領域的大范圍，技術(shù)交流方面或其他未列出的特定學科，如經(jīng)濟學、歷史、社會學、人類學、心理學方面的人才是我們尤其需要的。此外，研究集中在中國，方向包含教育、移民、城市化、工業(yè)化和技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的應聘者有額外優(yōu)勢。Candidateswithexperienceinacademicadministrationatuniversitylevelwillbeconsideredforanadministrativepositionwithreducedteachingduties.擁有在大學等級機構(gòu)管理經(jīng)驗的候選人，將被考慮安排行政職位并減少教學職責。
