管理學院成立于2008年9月，由人力資源管理系和會計系兩個教學單位，以及掛靠在管理學院下的兩個研究單位和一個教學中心即女性人力資源開發(fā)與創(chuàng)業(yè)研究中心、旅游發(fā)展研究中心、女大學生創(chuàng)業(yè)與就業(yè)實驗教學中心組成。管理學院現(xiàn)有專任教師48人，其中教授6人，副教授15人。教師中有博士學位的有18人，有碩士學位的有26人。有兩個校級優(yōu)秀教學團隊，有20多個校外實習基地。目前開設(shè)會計學、人力資源管理、財務(wù)管理、旅游管理、審計學和市場營銷六個本科專業(yè)，共有在校生1219名，六大專業(yè)在大一、大二開設(shè)有跨專業(yè)的平臺課程。2008年起，會計學和企業(yè)管理兩個專業(yè)開始與東北師范大學合作培養(yǎng)碩士研究生。目前在進行中的質(zhì)量工程項目有：北京市精品教材建設(shè)項目《女性創(chuàng)業(yè)學》；北京市高等學校教育教學改革立項項目《工商管理類“女大學生創(chuàng)業(yè)教育”課程體系研究與實踐》；校級特色專業(yè)建設(shè)項目有會計學專業(yè)；校級專業(yè)特色建設(shè)項目有人力資源管理專業(yè)。校級精品課程有《管理學》和《稅務(wù)會計》；雙語課程建設(shè)項目有《財務(wù)管理》。2009年，管理學院院長張麗琍老師被評為北京市教學名師。2012年管理學院“女大學生創(chuàng)業(yè)實驗教學體系的構(gòu)建與實踐”獲得北京市優(yōu)秀教學成果獎。目前管理學院以六大專業(yè)為支撐，以兩個研究中心為載體，在工商管理學、女性領(lǐng)導力、女性高科技人才、女大學生創(chuàng)業(yè)與就業(yè)等方面開展專題研究，承擔著多項省部級以上的科研課題，研究成果產(chǎn)生了較大的學術(shù)影響。

The School of Management was founded in September 2008, it has several departments. Human Resource Management and Accounting are teaching units, while the research centers for female human resource development & entrepreneurship, tourism development and female college students’ entrepreneurship are anchored-units. 48 full-time teachers including 6 professors and 15 associate professors work together, 18 of them are PHDs, and 26 are masters. It also has two excellent teaching teams and more than 20 outside practice bases.

Now there are 1219 students totally and 6 undergraduate programs: Accounting, Human Resources Management, Finance Management,Tourism Management, Auditing and Marketing in the school, all the programs are supplied with multidisciplinary platform programs in the freshman or sophomore. Since 2008, the school began two professional graduate cooperation programs with Northeast Normal University in Accounting and Business Management.

There are 2 projects being implemented currently in the school: Beijing fine teaching materials project《Women Entrepreneurship》 and Beijing High-education Reform Project《Research and practice of Female Entrepreneurship Education on Business management》. The University-level special project is Accounting; and professional project is Human Resource Management. The school also has two University-level courses 《Management》,《Tax Accounting》 and one bilingual course《Financial Management》.

In 2009, Zhang Lili, the Dean Professor, was named as one of the best teachers in Beijing. In 2012, the “Construction and Practice of Experimental Teaching System” which offers the business opportunities for women won the Beijing Outstanding Teaching Award.

For now, basing on the 6 programs and 2 research centers, the School of Management bears a number of provincial and ministerial programs which are making great academic impacts on business management, women's leadership, women high-tech talents and the female college students’ entrepreneurship.
