Job Description

1.Handle independently customer inquiries like technical problems,warranty requests and spare part issues;

2.Active and independent communication between customers,our service engineers and our company headquarter in Germany to solve customer problems or spare part issues as well as filling and follow up of service cases；

3.Arrange and prepare together with manager,engineers and customers service schedule;

Requirements

1. Fiuent oral & written English skills;

2. 6-8 years related working experience;

3. Excellent Communication skills;

4. Preferable to have technical knowledge of the industry (wood working machine);

5.Candidates who can speak German is preferred.
