Position: Senior Officer/Officer of Corporate Partnership—企業(yè)合作(高級(jí))專(zhuān)員

Major Function:
The overall purpose of this position is to develop corporate partnerships in China for the purpose of engaging businesses in sustainability and transformation, and increasing WWF China’s revenue for conservation. S/he will also manage existing corporate partners, and be responsible for enhancing WWF’s image among the business community.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Conduct marketanalysis and develop work plans to engage corporate partnerships in priority regions ofChina for different programme portfolios.
2. BuildWWF’s reputationon business engagement among thebusiness community, including but not limited to organizing corporate engagement events or seminars.
3. Identify, meet, qualify and negotiate partnerships with potential corporate partners.
4. Develop fundraising proposals and pitch to corporate partners incoordination with programme teams.Realize fundraising targets.

8. Develop and maintain an updated corporate database.Support the preparation of annualcorporate partnership report.
9. Develop relationships with business media and agencies for CSR and marketing cooperation.

Qualifications Required
1. A relevant degree such as marketing, communications, or international business is preferred.
2. 2-3 years working experience in Corporate Social Responsibility or business development is preferred.
3. At least 5 years working experience in companies.
4. Experience in working or collaborating with international NGOs as a plus.
5. Ability to get an overview of all aspects of a relationship, and proactively apply effective problem solving and relationship-building skills.
6. Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, and ability to influence others.
7. Able to work independently as well as in a team environment. Result driven.
8. Fluent written and oral communication skills both in Mandarin and English.
9. An interest in and commitment to environmental and conservation issues.

Main Function:
This position is responsible for establishing and implementing marketing and fundraising strategies with the corporate sector; setting up related standards, policies and processes for corporate engagement and fundraising; developing the product portfolio and leading the team to raise income from corporations and major donors.
Main responsibilities:

Working Relationship:
Internal: Report to the Organizational Development Director. Close collaboration with the WWF-China Conservation teams and the Communications team. Work closely with the WWF International B&I teams and Corporate Partnership / Marketing managers in the WWF Network.
External: WWF Business and Industry Partners, companies, foundations, fundraising platforms, third party agencies related to CSR and fundraising, high profile individuals who are interested in contributing to conservation, etc.
Required Qualifications:
Advanced degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
8-10 years of professional experience and demonstrated success in engagement with businesses on corporate social responsibility, corporate relations management, marketing or fundraising.
Required Skills and Competencies:
Proven leadership skills in corporate engagement, project and budget planning and implementation with respect to marketing and fundraising as well as managing multiple donor budgets;
Experience of building relationships with senior/high profile individuals and foundations;
Able to manage and motivate direct and indirect reports in a leadership capacity;
Excellent strategic and innovative skills to translate ideas into deliverables;
Well proven financial acumen and budget management capability;
High-level negotiation as well as interpersonal and influencing skills, and the capacity to develop and maintain strong relationships at all levels in the business;
Ability to work under pressure in a changing environment;
Excellent oral and written communication skills in Chinese and English;
Strong interest in conservation;

Major Function:
The position’s role will be leading within China on the promotion sustainable agriculture consumption and production in China.
1. Taking relative responsibility for programme, projects, activities and subordinate staff in multi-stakeholders engagement in agriculture sectors.
2. Support division head for successful implementation and development of the programme.
3. Help the programme development on strategic partners and donors network.
4. Lead the proposal development for programme and project with support of related division head.
5. To develop the WWF China’s strategy and work plan for the programme, taking lead the implementation of the plan, and evaluate the effectiveness.
Key Responsibility of Position:
1. Responsible for developing the work plan of programme and projects under the coach of division head.
2. Ensure good management and implementation projects.
3. Maintain and develop partnership network with local governmental departments, local communities, consultants, academic institutions, companies, other groups, and other international organizations.
4. Prepare and monitor the annual budget of project in collaboration with program staffs under the management of division head.
5. Coordinating project related communication activities.
6. Support the division head or manager to develop and implement related projects or project activities.
7. Develop and maintains good internal and external relationships with donors and partners.
8. Help to seek magnification and fund leverage opportunities.
9. Perform other tasks as requested by line manager.
Skills:
1. At least 5 years’ work experience in relative business, governments, associations, academies, and/or conservation organizations.
2. Strong experience in building partnerships or relationship or networks with leading corporates in agriculture industry sector, Ministry of Agriculture, and other stakeholders are highly preferred.
3. Strong in communication and interpersonal skills.
4. A high degree of personal integrity and commitment to conservation.
5. Ability for teamwork and learning is necessary.
6. Fluent spoken and written English and Mandarin Chinese.
Education:
At least a bachelor degree in relative areas. A Master degree is preferred. Additional knowledge on palm oil, soy, poultry breeding livestock, rice, corn business and environment conservation is highly valued.

WWF, the global conservation organization that has been working in China for 30 years, is looking for a highly skilled professional to be a (Accounts Receivable) AR-Accountant Maternity Relief (1 year) for WWF China Office to be based in Beijing. This position will report to the Supervisor of General Accounting Unit and cooperate with staff from related departments and programme officers within WWF CPO.
(Accounts Receivable) AR-Accountant Maternity Relief (Beijing) 1 year contract
I. Major Functions:
Responsible for the full spectrum of Accounts Receivable (AR) function including generating billing events (Invoicing), analysis of account receivable aging, managing receipt book, monthly AR revaluation and allocating FX gains or loss to projects. Also responsible for WWFI inter-company transactions and month-end AR reconciliation.
In addition to the above, you will also be part of the Oracle co-ordination team.
II. Major Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Ensure Oracle smooth implementation & coordination in the office for the AR module;
2. Ensure prompt AR invoicing per Oracle billing event in consultation with the relevant Project Finance Officers in the PF unit;
3. Regular review, analysis and reconciliation on billed and un-billed receivables (AR) with PF Unit (At least quarterly);
4. Prepare weekly/monthly reconciliation between bank statement and the relevant AR reports and update PF unit on billing and receipt issues;
5. Responsible for month end AR closing and reconciliation (Includes WWFI inter-company);
6. Allocating FX gains or losses to projects in consultation with PF Unit;
7. Maintain and update donors/ awards master file in system;
8. Prepare accounts receivable reports to maintain funding collection and balance outstanding;
9. Analyze monthly A/R aging reports (Includes billed and unbilled receivable)
10. Maintain receipt book register;
11. Liaison with WWF International helpdesk to upload and update Oracle issues via helpdesk ticket;
12. Super user for Oracle Grant and AR module (Also a trainer for AR module);
13. Prepare month-end accounting journals related to AR collection in Oracle;
14. Perform other tasks as and when assigned by the supervisor.
III. WORKING RELATIONS:
1. Internal: Works closely with Supervisor, General accounting and Manager, Project Finance and his team of Project finance Officers. Some contacts with WWF Network, specifically WWF International Finance departments.
2. External: Interact with banks, third parties, auditors and tax authorities.
Qualifications:
1. College degree or above in accounting or finance
2. At least 4 years of relevant work experience with foreign companies in the capacity of accountant, AR preferred. Experience with International non-profit organization would be an asset.
3. Prior working knowledge or experience with Oracle Business Suite is a plus
4. Proactive, innovative, analytical and output-oriented personality with the ability to work hard and meet deadlines;
5. Good communication skills and the ability to learn in a rapidly changing environment;
6. Strong ability in written and spoken English and Chinese;
7. Good computer literacy especially in Excel spreadsheet.
